Astonishingly Rare Australian Gregory Steel Knuckle-Knife

Price: $3,700

Ref: 6208

Incredibly rare Australian Special Forces knuckle-knife.  With a full length 5⅜” blade, showing little to no use.  An overall length of 10¼”.  The alloy knuckle grip has a very clean makers stamp of Gregory Steel Products Made In Australia.  The sheath is excellent and interestingly has the initials of J.R.P. gold embossed - perhaps a research project?

Some preliminary research indicates that this may be attributed to James Rupert Plumridge, Sergeant VX 86704, DoB 28th July 1943.  A member of Z Special between 13/7/42 to 7/5/43.  Also served with M Special Force in support of Netherlands East Indies Force Intelligence Service, subsequently killed in action in July of 1943 on Operation Walnut on the Ariel Islands (East Indonesia).
